Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rise Bake House. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and e-commerce services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. E-Commerce & Headless Store Terms

Our store is hosted on a decoupled architecture utilizing WordPress and WooCommerce for backend processing. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks to connect with our backend systems.

3. Products, Perishables & Merchandise

Coffee & Perishables: Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans and baked goods, we do not accept returns on food items. If there is an error with your order or the product arrives compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Merchandise: Unworn, unwashed lifestyle merchandise in its original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, typography combinations, editorial imagery, copywriting, and layout designs ("Rise Bake House", "Rise Baby Rise", "Fresh Start Everyday") are the exclusive intellectual property of Rise Bake House. Reproduction, duplication, or exploitation of any portion of the Service or Brand without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
